Health Camps: Empowering Individuals Toward Self-Reliant Health

MEGA’s Health Camps are designed around the belief that everyone can take care of their own health. The camps provide experiential learning and practical behavior change, supporting individuals, organizations and healthcare professionals to understand how daily habits influence long-term health outcomes.

In 2025, the Wellness We care Center conducted 63 Health Camps with 1,120 participants. These camps covered a range of learning needs, from Good Health by Yourself and Reverse Disease by Yourself to Spiritual Retreat, Senior Quality Life, Cooking Camp, Certified Lifestyle Coach and Corporate Camp.

The programs are not limited to classroom learning. Outdoor activities such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, mindfulness walking, stretching, team-building and nature-based activities help participants connect physical health, mental clarity and emotional balance. Farm and farmhouse activities also promote sustainable living, connection with nature, organic farming, farm-to-table experiences and eco-learning.
