The CEO himself has personally spearheaded programs like Good Health By Yourself which includes monitoring health parameters and endeavor to reduce the impact of Non-Communicable/ Lifestyle related chronic sickness. Company provides a wide range of perquisites including health insurance, health awareness talks, consultation, ESOPs, Social security, Health and Safety training, bonus, incentives, etc to employees and offers a diverse range of training programs which average to approximately 12-15 hours per person per year.
