In 2025, MEGA expanded the employee engagement survey to more markets, covering almost 50% of employees. Across the surveyed markets, 2,270 employees responded, representing an 88% response rate, with an average consolidated rating of 4.3.
MEGA’s target for 2026 is to increase the survey scope and maintain an engagement score of minimum 4.0.
