MEGA engages stakeholders through a structured and standardized framework to ensure that communication and feedback are managed consistently across the Company.
The framework guides our activities, events, communication channels and feedback-gathering processes with key stakeholder groups, including shareholders, analysts, financial institutions, customers, suppliers, employees, society, government agencies and regulators.
Our engagement methods include meetings, visits, assessments, surveys, anonymous feedback channels, memos, notices, forums, social media, customer satisfaction surveys, supplier engagement, training programs, townhalls and regular communication by management.
We monitor feedback, respond to stakeholder concerns and use the results to support continuous improvement. Sensitive views and concerns are reviewed with transparency and handled through appropriate processes.

How We Use Stakeholder Feedback

For ethics-related concerns, wrongdoing or violation of the Code of Conduct, employees and other affected parties may report through MEGA’s Whistle Blower channel. The Company provides confidentiality and non-retaliation protection in accordance with its policy.
