Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness

The foundation of MEGA’s human resources and human capital policies is non-discrimination among employees. MEGA provides equal opportunity to all employees and works to maintain a peaceful and collaborative environment.

In 2025, women represented approximately 57% of MEGA’s total workforce, while men represented approximately 43%.

MEGA also monitors diversity across management levels. In 2025, women represented 1 out of 5 employees in Top Management, 16 out of 74 employees in Senior Management, and 222 out of 386 employees in Middle Management. Overall, women represented 239 employees at Level 5 and above, reflecting female participation in management and leadership pipeline roles.
