Safety performance depends on people knowing what to do before, during and after work. MEGA therefore uses training to build awareness, improve competency and support legal compliance.

In 2025, the Company provided 4,563 man-hours of safety training with 2,086 attendances. The 2026 plan includes training in legal compliance, risk assessment, safety officer roles, forklift safety, hazardous chemicals, basic firefighting, first aid and CPR, and fire drill and evacuation drill. MEGA also plans to build the competency of three new safety officers to professional level and update safety officer training and certification in line with legal requirements.
