Training and Awareness

Policies create value only when people understand and apply them. MEGA communicates governance expectations through onboarding, annual training, online learning and market-level training programs.

All management and employees are required to attend an annual training session covering business ethics, Code of Conduct, anti-corruption, human rights, conflict of interest and information security awareness. In November 2025, management and employees participated in the annual online business ethics training program.

MEGA also conducts business ethics and compliance-related training across markets, including Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa, Cambodia and Vietnam. These programs help employees understand MEGA’s expectations, identify ethical risks, protect confidential information, report concerns and maintain high operating standards.
